摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve tensile stress and compressive stress generated in association with the thermal expansion of a heat source. SOLUTION: This heat energy recovery device has a compressor 10 having a piston 12 for compressing sucked-in working gas, a heat exchanger 20 for absorbing heat of a high temperature fluid in the working gas compressed by the compressor 10, and an expander 30 having a piston 32 push-moved by the expansion of the heat-absorbed working gas. A working gas discharge passage 15a substantially parallel to the direction A of the thermal expansion of the heat exchanger 20, is arranged in at least a part of a working gas discharge pipe 15 for introducing the working gas compressed by its compressor 10 to the heat exchanger 20. An extension means (bellows 18) extensible in the same direction as the direction of the thermal expansion 20, is arranged on the working gas discharge passage 15a when the heat exchanger 20 thermally expands when the tensile stress is generated in the working gas discharge passage 15a in response to the thermal expansion of its heat exchanger 20.
