PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a panel for a vehicle capable of reinforcing a joint without stress concentration at the joint of a jointing member for abutting and jointing plate materials with different plate thicknesses. SOLUTION: In this reinforcement structure of a panel for a vehicle, a plate materials 5a, 5b with different plate thicknesses are abutted and jointed with each other, and a tailored blank material 5 of the jointed jointing members are used as a front rear floor panel 2 of the floor panel 1.
