PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space structure of a building giving a feeling of openness while making effective use of limited space in the building. SOLUTION: A unit building 1 used as a house formed by combining a plurality of building units is provided inside with turn-around stairs 4 for connecting a lower story floor part 2 and an upper story floor part 3. A landing 5 is formed at an intermediate part of the turn-around stairs 4. A side 5a parallel in a plan view with a stair going-up/down direction of the landing 5 is provided with an intermediate floor part 6 provided in line with the landing 5. An intermediate underfloor space 7 having a floor face 7a in a lower position than a floor face 2a of the lower story floor part 2 is provided below the intermediate floor part 6.
