A super low-power and high-efficiency wireless digital receiver is provided to perform an integration process on a correlation signal of a received signal, without largely depending on a high-power element such as an amplifier, thus power consumption can be reduced while high sensitivity and high efficiency are realized. An SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) correlator(120) includes the same internal correlation code as a conversion code of a transmitter, and correlates the code with a received signal(S1) to provide a correlation signal(S2). A rectifier(140) rectifies the correlation signal(S2). An integrator(150) integrates a rectified signal(S3), and detects a voltage of the rectified signal(S3). A comparator(160) compares the detected voltage(Vd) with a preset reference voltage(Vref), and outputs a digital signal(Dout) correspondingly to the compared results.
