摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of a battery within a certain range by installing a structure or an exhaust device between heat radiation parts of a modular secondary battery having a multistage structure or by using the heat radiation parts as an heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Module containers 3 having received cells 1 are formed into a multistage structure, heat radiation fins 5 are mounted to the container in each of the stages, flow regulating plates 7 each used for blocking the effect of heat flow from the lower-stage heat radiation fins to the upper-stage heat radiation fins are formed between the stages, and heat radiation capability is increased and the capacity of cells 1 is increased by an extent blocking the heat radiation of the heat radiation fins, so that a secondary battery having high output and energy efficiency can be provided.</p>
