<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a brewing bag for use in brewing coffee, black tea and the like having such a structure as one in which the outer surface of the brewing bag does not closely contact with the inner surface of a cup at the time of brewing so as to improve its brewing characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a handle holding portion of a brewing bag is kept under its non-adhered state, a downward open slit is also arranged at that part and the outer periphery of the handle holding portion is provided with a plurality of protrusions. When the handle is pulled up to open the brewing bag, non-adhesion part of the handle holding portion becomes to protrude out of a bag main body, four slits in the handle part and the non-adhesion part are inserted into the edge of a cup to cause the brewing bag to be held at its stable state and at the same time a close contact between the outer surface of the bag and the inner surface of the cup is prevented and a brewing characteristic is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
