PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor exhibiting high sealability in which the size is reduced, the bonding force can be sustained stably even for external force, and high bonding strength is ensured over a long term, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: One of an enclosure case 2 or a sealing body 3 is composed of a metal material subjected to surface treatment by being made to contact ammonia, hydrazine and one or more kinds of compounds selected from among water-soluble amine based compounds, and the other is composed of a laser light transmitting material.
