PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch capable of reducing a manufacturing cost by eliminating the necessity of lower hole drilling for inserting a rivet and capable of reducing concentricity between metal components.SOLUTION: An outer hub fastening part 81 for fastening an outer hub 40 and an armature 20 is formed on an outer hub plate part 42 and the armature 20, which face each other, by mechanical clinching. Thereby, lower hole drilling for inserting a libet is made unnecessary. Furthermore, since respective axes of the outer hub 40 and the armature 20 can be directly joined with each other, concentricity between the outer hub 40 and the armature 20 can be reduced as compared with a case where the axes of the outer hub 40 and the armature 20 are aligned through a libet hole. |
