IMPROVEMENT IN EXTRACTING AND CONCENTRATING GINSENG AND GINSENG STEAMED RED

PURPOSE: A method for the rapid extraction and enlarged extract of ginseng and ginseng steamed red is provided to penetrate an extraction catalyst into the ginseng and ginseng steamed red to rapidly extract the ginseng and ginseng steamed red in a lower temperature and enlarge the extract. CONSTITUTION: Fresh ginseng is selected to wash, sterilize, and steam the fresh ginseng. The ginseng steamed red is crushed and then is cooled by spraying water onto the ginseng steamed red. The ginseng steamed red is matured in ultraviolet rays to be brown with spaying water in a predetermined interval. Matured ginseng steamed red moves to a refrigerator to freeze over so as to make pores in textures of the ginseng steamed red. The frozen ginseng steamed red thaws out to extract the ginseng steamed red in water or spirits. The extract is filtered and moves to a condenser to obtain a condensed liquid having 30 to 60% of solid powders.
