The part has functional arms rotatably supported with a bearing eye of an axle, and a functional part attached at the arms such that the part is swivelable around the axle from a non-use position to a use position. The eye is in contact with a locking ring that is supported at the axle in a torque proof manner. The ring is pressed on the eye by a spring (5) that is arranged on the axle. Side surfaces of the eye and the ring have lugs and recesses that are inclined in a swiveling direction of the functional part or in rotating direction of the eye, where the lugs and recesses are interlocked. The bearing eye is in contact with a locking ring that is supported at the axle in a torque proof manner. The locking ring is pressed on the bearing eye by a spring that is arranged on the axle. The spring has lug interlocking to a side surface of the bearing eye turned towards the locking ring, and to the side surface of the locking ring turned towards the bearing eye, and recesses that are sloped in a pivoting direction of the functional part or in respective rotating direction of the bearing eye.
