<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walk assisting handcart capable of preventing the handcart from swinging owing to shrinking of the wheels and contacting of the handcart under-part with the floor by applyin an appropriate weighting to the handcart when an aged person sits on or stands at the handcart or the like, and eliminating necessity for a brake holding function to press and fix the wheels as in an existing braking mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The walk assisting handcart is equipped with a brake function with which the wheels sink with appropriate weighting. Accordingly one can sit with ease on the handcart without risk of its swinging. Owing to the structure allowing handrails 1 to fall forward, the handcart is free of necessity for making direction change, so that this can serve also as a wheelchair for care to be used in a narrow place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
