<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger-based purchase information processing system, capable of providing useful information to users and rapidly collecting purchase information. <P>SOLUTION: This purchase information processing system comprises a cellular phone 100 performing electronic payment, and a server 200 collecting and managing payment information. The server 200 includes a receiving part 204 receiving payment information from cellular phones 100 of a plurality of users; a payment information database 230 accumulating the payment information; a processing part 250 extracting specification information of a user from which a request is accepted; and a transmitting part 278 transmitting extracted specification information to the cellular phone 100 of this user.
