PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for cutting and weighing raw material rubber, which control equipment cost and enable automation, without causing handling troubles of the raw material rubber, and which improve the dispersion of compounding agents, when the material rubber is kneaded by heating the raw material rubber to a predetermined temperature quickly and uniformly. SOLUTION: The raw material rubber mass (a), supplied by a raw material rubber feed device 1, is cut by a cutting device 3 and divided into a group of rubber pieces b having a weight smaller than the error tolerance. A group of the rubber pieces b is sorted into an individual weighing conveyer 7 for each kind of the raw material rubber by a sorting device 5. The weight of the rubber piece b is weighed by the individual weighing conveyer 7. The rubber piece b of a quantity corresponding to the weight required for kneaded rubber material corresponding to one batch is carried out.
