PURPOSE: A container lid capable of automatically removing a sealing member when rotating, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to prevent the sealing member from being discarded by storing the separated sealing member inside the lid. CONSTITUTION: A container lid includes a main body(16), a pressing plate(40), a cutter(42), a fastening unit(44), and a connection unit(46). The fastening unit stores a sealing member(20) cut by the cutter from the lower side of the pressing plate inside the main body, and includes a supporting rod(56) and jamming protrusions(58). The supporting rod is extended from the lower side of the pressing plate, and passes through the sealing member. The jamming protrusions are installed on the outer surface of the supporting rod for jamming the sealing member. The connection unit is connected to the outer surface of the pressing plate and the inner surface of the main body.
