The frame has a rod-shaped supporting body for supporting a body load, where the supporting body is adjustable. A lower arm rest is fastened or formed at a front end, where three support points (4) are provided at the upper side of the arm rest. The points are arranged perpendicular to the supporting body. The support points have appendages (5) directed outwards at both the ends of the lower arm rest.
