PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure which is capable of displaying waterproofness surely for internal parts and keeping an apparatus case high in assembly workability. SOLUTION: An apparatus case (case members 21 and 26) is equipped with an internal unit where the internal parts are assembled together and a bag-shaped waterproof member 4 where the internal unit is inserted. The apparatus case (case members 21 and 26) contains the bag-shaped waterproof member 4 where the internal unit is inserted, and an opening clamping unit 29 which blocks the insertion opening 41 of the bag-shaped waterproof member 4 is provided to the apparatus case (case members 21 and 26). That is, the insertion opening 41 of the bag-shaped waterproof member 4 is pinched by a rib 29 provided to, at least, either of the case members 21 and 26. The bag-shaped waterproof member 4 is formed with openings 42, 43, and 44 for the insertion of internal parts. The openings 42, 43, and 44 are blocked by covering members 5, 6 and 7.
