<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide user-friendly support information on improvements in eating and exercise habits for weight control. <P>SOLUTION: A healthcare support system has: a food energy storage means for storing the name of at least one kind of food, a food unit preset for each food, and food energy representing energy per food unit; an input means for receiving the input of food names, a unit period of ingestion change of each food, a food ingestion variation representing a food ingestion change per unit period from a specific start time point, and a duration period of ingestion change from the start time point; a calculation means for calculating the sum of food energy values by the food ingestion changes per duration period as an ingested energy difference according to the food ingestion variations, unit periods and duration period; and a display means for displaying the ingested energy difference.
