<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating organic wastewater which makes a life of an activated carbon long by biological regeneration action and also enhances the quality of treated water. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises an upward flow type activated carbon tower 1 packed the inside with the activated carbon 2 and passing wastewater upward, a flocculant loading means 7 for loading a flocculant into treated wastewater treated by the upward flow type activated carbon tower 1 and a flocculation filter 6 for filtering the treated wastewater loaded with the flocculant, wherein the life of the activated carbon is made long by the biological regeneration action and also the quality of filtered water is enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
