PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masonry block, a pavement plate and its finishing construction method, capable of forming the same finish as an original tile or the sticking stone finish, by hiding a structurally uneliminated joint of a conventional surface-finished masonry block and a pavement plate. SOLUTION: This backing member body of a sticking finishing material is formed by arranging a backing so that a post-installation finishing material such as a post-installation tile or a post-installation sticking stone can be stuck to a part of a finishing material such as a tile or a sticking stone by straddling a backing member body of an adjacent sticking finishing material, when forming a wall or a floor by masoning or laying the backing material body of the sticking finishing material in the backing member body of the sticking finishing material for sticking the finishing material such as a tile 2 or a sticking stone 5 in advance to at least one surface of a wall surface.
