PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching legs to a top board capable of easily and reliably attaching the legs to the top board of a table or a desk, which is disassembled and separated as necessary. SOLUTION: The structure for attaching the legs to the top board comprises: a columnar shape attachment adapter 20 which is the adapter, where a planted bolt 21 to be adapted to a female screw 11 formed in the leg attachment part of a top board rear surface is arranged at the upper end and an embedded nut 24 is arranged at the lower end, including at least a pair of reverse L shape cut grooves 22 which are the same in shape and arranged on the outer peripheral surface; a metallic tube member 30 having an inner diameter to be adapted to the outer diameter of the columnar attachment adapter 20 and including a plurality of inward projections 31 formed at interval corresponding to a cutting interval of a vertical part in at least the pair of reverse L shape cuts; and leg members 40 capable of connecting the lower part of the metallic tube member 30, having a planted bolt 41 to be adapted to the embedded nut 24 which is arranged at the lower end of the adapter.
