<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable electronic questionnaire system that increases the reliability of questionnaire results despite conducting an anonymous questionnaire (no mail address registration) on the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic questionnaire system, which connects a database server of a question sender and a terminal device of a response sender via an Internet line, comprises a question presentation means on a webpage for sending questions from the database server of the question sender to the terminal device of the response sender, a response sending means for emailing responses to the questions from the terminal device of the response sender to the database server of the question sender, and a result analysis means for classifying and saving the questionnaire responses acquired by the response sending means in the database server.
