PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the leak of a sound generated by a sound source from a sound absorbing and blocking structure by sufficiently absorbing and blocking the sound generated by the sound source. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing and blocking box 1 is formed in a nearly box shape of a sound absorption wall 10 having through holes 11 bored, a back wall 30 provided opposite the sound absorption wall 10, and a connection wall 20 in a quadrangular prism shape connecting the sound absorption wall 10 and back wall 30. The connection wall 20 is made of rubber, so the connection wall reduce a transmission state of vibrations to suppress vibrations of the back wall 30 generated as vibrations of the sound absorption wall 10 are transmitted to the connection wall 20.
