PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free voice memory device capable of recording/reproducing speech contents through the operation of a mobile phone without holding it with user's hand. SOLUTION: The hands-free voice memory device is provided with: a charging base (7a) formed on a surface of a holder (7), to which the mobile phone (5) is fitted and capable of charging the mobile phone (5); a hearing aid microphone (9) for collecting voice outputted from a reception speaker (4) of the mobile phone (5) fitted to the charging base (7a) and relaying the voice up to an ear (8) of a user or aiding hearing of the user; an amplifier for amplifying the voice collected by the hearing aid microphone (9); a speaker (11) for loudspeaking the voice output of the amplifier so as to allow the voice to reach the ear (8) of the user; a reception sensing means (12) for commanding an ON instruction to the amplifier and/or an attached section when the mobile phone (5) receives a call; a speech interruption sensing means for commanding an OFF instruction to the amplifier and/or the attached section when a speech of the mobile phone (5) is interrupted; and a recording means for starting recording of a speech by the ON instruction of the reception sensing means.
