PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device and an on-vehicle system preventing weight increase of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device 10 is equipped with a reconfigurable logic circuit 12 such as FPGA reassembling the logical configuration based on the connection information showing the connection state among a plurality of logic elements.
