PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase rigidity of a tow hook provided at the rear part of a vehicle by suppressing a cost increase and a weight increase. SOLUTION: Since the tow hook 5 is mounted striding the rear end part of a side member 2 provided at the rear end of the vehicle body and an end cross member 4, the rigidity of the tow hook 5 is improved comparing to the tow hook mounted only to the side member 2.
