PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable case set for taking a dog for a walk, capable of simply carrying a tool for picking dog excrement and a bag for putting the dog excrement in it on taking the dog for a walk. SOLUTION: On taking the dog for a walk, since it is necessary to hold a lead, there are many people having resistance for carrying a tool for treating the dog excrement by a hand, and then they unintendedly do not bring the tool and do not treat the dog excrement. Therefore, by making them bring the carrying case set made from a plastic and used for taking the dog for a walk, at their waist then they can carry the tool without feeling the resistance for bringing the tool.
