A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pipe pile is provided to support drawing load and horizontal load caused by an earthquake by coupling a lower reinforcement member to the inside of a steel pipe pile and to support vertical load by coupling an upper reinforcement member on the top of a steel pipe pile. A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pipe pile comprises: a doughnut type lower reinforcement member(30) coupled to the inside of a steel pipe pile(10) and provided with a through-hole(32), many screw holes(34) and a lower cutout part; a doughnut type upper cover member(40) formed in the thin disk ring shape to cover up the through-hole of the lower reinforcement member and placed on the top(12) of the steel pipe pile to cut off the inflow of concrete to the steel pipe pile when placing concrete; and an upper reinforcement member(50) installed on the top of the steel pipe pile to support reinforcing bars(20) and to reinforce vertical load, formed in the doughnut type disk ring shape and provided with a through-hole(52) and an upper cutout part.
