<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus for carrying out automatic adjustment without cumbersomeness. <P>SOLUTION: A range finding sensor 8 in the display apparatus 10 detects a distance between the display apparatus 10 and a screen and outputs the detected distance to a microcomputer 5. The microcomputer 5 determines that the installation of the display apparatus 10 is finished when the distance outputted from the range finding sensor 8 is almost constant for a prescribed time, and carries out focus adjustment, trapezoidal distortion correction and wall color correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
