PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization filter for the suction and exhaust port of air-conditioning equipment capable of keeping deodorization and purification for a long term by compositively sticking an immediately effective deodorant for physical adsorption or an antibacterial deodorant using an antibacterial agent and also a visible light response type photocatalyst by which the optical energy of a fluorescent lamp used for light in a room is utilized regardless of the operation or the operation stop of the different kinds of air-conditioning equipment such as an air-conditioner, a ventilation fan, or the hood of a cooking range. SOLUTION: The deodorization filter for the suction and exhaust port of the air-conditioning equipment is obtained by compositively sticking the visible light response type photocatalyst titanium oxide 4 to a nonwoven fabric 1 together with the physical adsorptive deodorant 2 or the antibacterial agent 3. The nonwoven fabric 1 is made to adhere via a fitting means 7 onto a suction port 6 which is formed in the front part of an air-conditioning equipment main body 5 such as the air-conditioner 5a, the ventilation fan 5b or the hood 5c of the cooking range.
