A collect call service system and its method are provided to allow a user to conveniently perform call communication just like a general call between a registered origination phone number and reception phone number without passing through a process of making a callee decide whether to answer the phone. A registering unit(21) registers an origination phone number and a reception phone number used for a collect call service from a user. A recording unit(22) stores origination numbers and reception numbers of each user registered by the registering unit(21) and manages them. When a caller is connected with a collect call service, a call processing unit(23) checks information recorded in the recording unit(22) to check whether corresponding origination phone number and reception phone number have been registered, and if they have been registered, the call processing unit(23) processes to allow the caller to perform call communication with a callee(23). When the call communication is terminated, a charging unit(24) generates data about the telephone charges which will be charged to the reception phone number. |
