<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to a photosensitive sheet and a support thereof in a step of developing the photosensitive sheet, and to obtain a molded object with a uniform pattern in the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the molded object includes at least a step of patternwise irradiating a photosensitive composition containing inorganic particles and a photosensitive organic component with an actinic ray, and a step of performing frequency-modulated ultrasonic treatment in a developer during development after the irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
