PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous structural body excellent in antibacterial and deodorizing properties, also capable of holding flexible touch feeling and also excellent in washing resistance and dyed color fastness, and effectively contributing to the anti-aging, moisturizing, etc., of skin by wearing it and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This fibrous structural body is characterized by attaching or holding a fiber-treating agent containing a photocatalyst and coenzyme Q10 on the the fibrous structural body material, as active ingredients. The fibrous structural body can be produced by immersing the fibrous structural body material in treating liquid containing the photocatalyst and coenzyme Q10 as the active ingredient, squeezing the liquid and drying, or by putting the same fibrous structural body material into the treating liquid containing the photocatalyst and coenzyme Q10 as the active ingredient, processing in a bath while circulating the treating liquid, then dehydrating and drying.
