An agricultural mulching machine using a plastic film which is drawn by a tow car such as a tractor, moved through a furrow of a field, applies the plastic film onto a ridge on both sides of the furrow and secures the plastic film to the ridge by hilling up is provided. The mulching machine can do a large amount of work within a short time without any additional manpower and improves working efficiency. The agricultural mulching machine(100) using a plastic film contains: a connecting device(112) removably connected to the rear of a tow car; a powder input part(114) connected to the powder output part of the tow car and which receives torque a front frame(110) attached to the front side to mount the connecting device and power inlet part on the upper side; a front wheel(120) attached to the lower side of the front frame to cause the mulching machine to roll over the furrow; a rotary hilling part(130) comprising a body frame(131) with a bucket box part(132) containing a rotatable rotary bucket(133) to excavate soil and throw to the rear side, a rear extension pipe part(134) to move the thrown soil and a both side branch pipe part(136) with a closing plate(136a) to prevent the moving soil and to fall in a corresponding position; and a plastic film supply part(140) with an adjustable support(142) and plastic film mounting device(144).
