A piston engine has a cylinder in which piston is placed, case in which crankshaft is installed, this is connected to the piston by means of two con-rods rotating in opposite directions. The con-rods are connected to the crankshaft by means of cranks installed on two conical toothed pinions interacting with synchronizing conical toothed pinion fixed on crankshaft.
