PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconvenience of a conventional crime prevention buzzer, such as poorly portable shape, poorly usabile in a train and necessity of preparing sound of voices by a user. SOLUTION: The crime prevention buzzer against a railway groper, which has portability, usability and selectable of sound of voices prepared in advance with adjustable volume, can be carried in a pocket by closing a lid and activated by opening the lid with a thumb and pushing a main switch 1.
