<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode display device in which a light emitting diode can be mounted on a substrate and the diode can be easily replaced. <P>SOLUTION: An LED display device 10 comprises an LED 1, a rubber-made ring 3 as a resilient member having a lead frame 2 of the LED 1 inserted therein, a substrate 5 electrically connected to the LED 1, and a drive circuit board 6 for driving the LED display device 10. The LED 1 is rotated at a predetermined angle in such a state that the lead frame 2 is inserted together with a larger-diameter 2a, and the larger diameter 2a of the lead frame 2 is engaged to a clamping part to mount the LED 1 on the substrate 5. Consequently, the LED 1 can be easily mounted on the substrate 5 without performing soldering work or the like.
