PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate peeling off the foundation cloth on which brush bristles are transplanted, and which are attached to a base by a two-sided tape, in a paper dust removing brush for removing paper dusts while applying a voltage to a photo conductor of a laser printer. SOLUTION: A peel off region 61b on the face to be supported of the foundation cloth 61 on which brush bristles 53 are transplanted are attached to the contact face of an electrode 60 by a conductive two-sided tape 62. An adhesion region 61a on the face to be supported is attached to the supporting face of the lower frame 26a by the conductive two-sided tape 62. This arrangement facilitates the peeling off of the face to be supported from the supporting face using the peel-off region as a peel-off allowance by moving the electrode.
