<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein although vegetable amino acids are supplied in a form of proteins derived from soybean, and amino acids for sports are present so as to be utilized for recovery from fatigue, improvement of capacity for locomotion, and prevention of life-style related disease, but the variation in amino acid components is present because of being derived from single plant, and the formulation considering not only digestion but also absorption and metabolism is not present although little assistant components are added. <P>SOLUTION: A pollen of a cell-destructive enzyme-treated entomophilous flower, a beer yeast, citric acid and powder of aromatic vinegar, fresh leaf essence of barley and fine powder of tea, lactic acid bacterium-forming material, lactic acid-fermented calcium, Mamakaru (R) or the like is added to a conventional protein to provide the amino acid composition having good balance and obtained only from a natural product and a material derived from the natural product.
