A production method of fruit activated charcoal is disclosed. The production method of fruit activated charcoal includes heating collected fruit at a predetermined temperature and thereby extracting fruit juice, producing a first fruit charcoal by secondarily heating the fruit at a temperature higher than the predetermined temperature, and producing a second fruit charcoal by vapor-drying. The production method of fruit activated charcoal is utilized for beauty, medicinal use, food addition, and feed, and thereby prevents an environmental contamination.
