PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet which can positively discharge crushed soil. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the portable toilet, a discharge hose 14 is arranged on a discharging side communicating with a toilet reservoir 18 of a toilet bowl main body 20, and a feed water port 28 for a feed water hose 12 for feeding flush water is arranged in an upper portion of the main body. The portable toilet has a soil crushing means 40 arranged in a toilet reservoir, and further has an air compressor 200 as a force-feeding means of the crushed soil, and a cover main body 212 and an electromagnetic solenoid 218 as an opening/closing mechanism arranged over the crushing means. After defecation, when the soil is disposed of, the cover body is closed to seal the interior of the toilet reservoir, and in this state the crushing means 40 is driven to crush the soil. After the crushed soil is disposed of, compressed air is fed into the toilet reservoir, and fluid of the crushed soil is force-fed to the discharge hose. The discharge hose is connected to an existing toilet bowl of an existing toilet system, and therefore by force-feeding the crushed soil, the fluid can be positively discharged to the existing toilet bowl.
