A high voltage switching device and a multi-path image forming apparatus employing the high voltage switching device are provided to switch a high-voltage current transmitted to developing devices with reliability and reduce the size and price of the image forming apparatus. A high voltage switching device includes a plurality of switches(20), a cam shaft(120), and a plurality of cams(131). The plurality of switches is arranged between a high voltage supply unit(10) and a plurality of developing devices(4Y,4M,4C,4K). The plurality of cams is located at the cam shaft, respectively corresponding to the plurality of developing devices, and selectively turns on/off the plurality of switches as the cam shaft rotates. The cam shaft is rotated by a driving source that drives the plurality of developing devices. The high voltage switching device further includes a switching unit for switching a driving force transmitted from the driving source to the cam shaft.
