PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a highly efficient full-color organic EL display device with deterioration restrained of a color filter, color conversion filter or the like for coloring. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is for the full-color EL display device made by laminating a color conversion part comprising a color conversion filter layer and/or a color filter layer patterned on a substrate, a polymer film layer coating the color conversion filter layer and/or the color filter layer, and an inorganic film layer laminated on the polymer layer, and an organic EL element part comprising a pair of electrodes with at least either having visible light transparency and an organic EL layer arranged between the electrodes. Also provided is an optical processing process of exposing a face in contact with an inorganic film layer of the polymer film layer and/or a face in contact with the organic EL layer of an anode to reactive molecules generated by light and/or excited atoms, without exposing it to direct light.
