PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated by a driven roller 220 for carrying covered with flexible resin on an abutment surface 225. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pair of driven rollers 220 for carrying, each provided with a core member 222 including a columnar part formed of hard material, and having a specific diameter, and flange parts having a larger diameter than the columnar part, and coaxially connected to both side parts of the columnar part, and having a pair of steps 227 and 229 on a circumferential surface, and a flexible resin tube 224 installed on the circumferential surface of the columnar part, a support member 230 to support the pair of the driven rollers 220 for carrying to be roughly adjoining each other around a single shaft 221, and an energization member 240 to press down the support member 230 between the air of the driven rollers 220 for carrying. Mutually facing end surfaces of the flexible resin tubes 224 respectively abut on one side of the step 227, and the other surfaces of the flexible resin tubes 224 are separated from the other side of the step 229.
