<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating system capable of preventing abnormality of a microcomputer in a system control system from being caused when starting it, preventing an accidental fire from being caused because a part of raw fuel gas is supplied to the combustion part of a fuel reforming device to supply an amount of heat required for reforming action and flames die out thereby, and also preventing peripheral apparatuses including a fuel cell from being damaged, and to provide its starting method. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generating system is structured so that a bypass line 30 branching from the branch part 14 of a raw fuel gas supply line 3 to connect a raw fuel gas supply line 16 for combustion to supply a part of raw fuel gas to the combustion part 15 of the fuel reforming device 10 to the raw material gas supply line 3 is installed, and when a differential pressure is produced between a desulfurizer 4 and the raw fuel gas supply line 16 for combustion, the raw fuel gas is transferred through the bypass line 30, and the differential pressure is canceled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
