PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically add relevant information of content data already stored in an external storage medium. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a connection detector 132 for detecting the connection of an external storage medium, an attribute information acquiring section 134 for acquiring attribute information corresponding to the content data stored in the external storage medium, a unique identification information request section 140 for requesting creation of unique identification information specific to the content data from a unique identification information creating section, a content relevant information request section 142 for requesting content relevant information corresponding to the unique identification information from a communication section communicable with a server device for providing the content relevant information corresponding to the unique identification information, and a relevant information storage controller 138 for storing the content relevant information provided to the communication section 128 in the external storage medium while associating it with the content data.
