PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent duplication of a designated port number in change of a router of a connecting destination without preparing a communication information definition file. SOLUTION: When a designated port number is closed, opening of the designated port is instructed to the router 20 (step S4), and the opened port number of the router is stored in conformation to a MAC address in a storage part 14 (step S5). When the designated port number is opened, it is checked, based on the port number and MAC address stored in the storage part, whether the port number is opened by the own equipment or not (step S6). When the port number is used as it is when the port number is opened by the own equipment (step S7), and when it is not opened by the own equipment, an error message is displayed on a display part 13 so as not to use this port number (step S8).
