PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine fixing a sound generating device to a die molded component with a screw in a simple constitution without using a complicated molding die, when the sound generating device is directed to the game player and fixed to the die molded component. SOLUTION: This game machine is so constituted that support parts having slope faces are integrally molded with a cover plate by die molding and, when a speaker device having directivity is fixed to the slope faces, the slope faces 37 are inclined to a face V2 orthogonally crossing with the die cutting direction V2 of a molding die of the support parts 36. The support parts 36 are formed with through-holes 38 opened in the slope faces 37, and the internal circumferential wall face 38a of the through-hole 38 is formed into a shape extending along the die cutting direction. On the other hand, in the side of the speaker device 30, screw holes 47 whose axial direction P orthogonally crossing with the direction of the slope faces 37 are formed mated with the positions of the through-holes 38 with the speaker device 30 disposed on the slope face 37 and tapping screws 41 are inserted into the through-holes 38 from the rear side of the support part 36 with the axial direction P orthogonally crossing with the slope faces to fix the speaker device 30.
