PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera or the like with which a photograph is taken while preventing image quality deterioration caused by a camera-shake and exposure. SOLUTION: A flowchart for denoting processing procedures shown in Fig. includes step of: (S114) detecting a blur amount of a digital camera in vertical and horizontal directions sensed by an acceleration sensor and sequentially recording the amount; (S118) discriminating whether the sensed detection blur amount is within a prescribed value; (S121) proceeding to a step S121 at the detection of the blur amount in excess of the prescribed value because of negative discrimination of the step (S118), and stopping exposure/photographing operations to close a shutter and stopping a time count of an exposure timer; (S122) judging whether an exposure deficient time, that is, a remaining time of the exposure time is a prescribed time or over; (S123) of executing exposure correction processing for a photographed image in response to the exposure deficient time when the exposure deficient time is the prescribed value or over; and (S126) recording the photographed image subjected to the exposure correction processing to an external memory medium.
