A noise reducible motor is provided to simply reduce a motor noise by changing a structure of a motor case without installing a separate unit and to increase the cooling efficiency of the motor by forming ribs around the motor case. A fan(200) includes a guide member for guiding a part of exhaust air toward a motor(100). The motor includes a motor case with ribs(120) for generating a flow sound by which the air guided by the guide member reduces a motor noise. The rib is formed in a triangular shape and are arranged on an outer surface of the cylindrical motor case at regular intervals. The ribs having the same shape and size are arranged around the motor case at an interval of 20 mm.
