<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a step height and clearance in a passage process, by reducing the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of guide holes 31 and 32 for constituting a backward movement guide passage are formed in a slider S, and a guide cylinder 34 for rolling a roller 37 is inserted into these guide holes 31 and 32. A pair of passage grooves 42 and 43 different in the depth are arranged to be crossing in end caps e1 and e2. A partition frame 36 for partitioning the crossed passage grooves is also integrally arranged in one end part of the guide cylinder 34. This partition frame 36 is constituted so as to partition a forward movement guide passage and the backward movement guide passage by maintaining a cross state by being inserted into a cross part 44 of the passage grooves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
